For us, it only require less than 12 working hours. Why? We understand the effect of the downtime and the cost, we won't be playing around and will ensure customer machine back online as soon as possible on each service or repair.

"Repair is not always the economical option"

To our customer, we will always analyze what is the best way or option to our customer. In this case customer has 2 unit of extremely worn out jacking cylinder due to storage mistake. After our careful analysis, we has propose our customer to buy a whole new set of jacking cylinder.

You might think, won't a new set more expensive than repair? Nope, sometime a new parts are more cheaper than repair. And surprisingly the price are 30% cheaper than repair!!!

Isn't it a word we always hear from operator? Well, sometime, the pump are not working is not due to breakdown.

Did you notice any issue on the photo?

Yes, correct, how come ground floor horizontal pipeline are equip with a R275 bend?

As we always talk to customer, for all the static pump concrete delivery line are mostly using R1000 for bend, why?

A smaller bend will require high pressure to "push" the concrete thru it, and generate a very high back pressure, the concrete pump might detect the high back pressure and stop pumping, thus operator might taught the pump are faulty.
