Program kayuhan basikal tahunan anjuran TNB Engineering Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (TNEC) dengan kerjasama Kelab Kilat Kebangsaan, telah berlangsung dengan jayanya pada Sabtu, 25 Julai 2026 di Loji Pendinginan Daerah KLIA1, Sepang.

Memasuki edisi ke-4, program ini melibatkan kayuhan sejauh 50 kilometer dan berjaya menarik kehadiran seramai 800 orang, termasuk 600 peserta daripada warga kerja Kumpulan TNB, pelanggan TNEC, rakan strategik, sukarelawan serta tetamu jemputan. Pelepasan peserta telah disempurnakan oleh YBrs. Ir. Mahathir Nor, Presiden Kelab Kilat Kebangsaan merangkap Pengerusi TNEC.

Bertemakan “Pedal Towards Net Zero”, program ini bertujuan mempromosikan gaya hidup sihat, membudayakan mobiliti rendah karbon, mengurangkan jejak karbon serta meningkatkan kesedaran terhadap amalan Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).

Program ini turut menjadi platform untuk mengukuhkan hubungan antara TNEC dengan warga kerja, pelanggan dan rakan strategik, sekali gus menyokong aspirasi kelestarian dan masa hadapan rendah karbon.

TNEC was honoured to welcome YB Datuk Dr. Haji Hazland bin Haji Abang Hipni, Deputy Minister for Energy and Environmental Sustainability Sarawak, together with his delegation, for a courtesy visit to the KLIA1 District Cooling Plant on Thursday, 2 July 2026.

The visit commenced with an introduction to TNEC by our Managing Director, and plant presentation before concluding with a guided tour of the District Cooling Plant.

The engagement provided an opportunity to showcase TNEC's expertise in sustainable district cooling solutions, while fostering meaningful discussions on energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and the future of low-carbon infrastructure development.
