We are currently hiring for the following positions:

🔧 1. Senior Rigger
• Climb telecom towers for antenna & equipment installation
• Install, align & secure antennas, RRUs, feeders, and related hardware
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance at height
• Ensure safety compliance during all tower activities
• Lead and guide support rigger on-site
---
🔧 2. Support Rigger
• Assist senior rigger in tower climbing and installations
• Support antenna mounting, cabling, and connections
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from team lead
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance work
---
🔧 3. Team Lead / Technician (Ground Lead)
• Lead overall site operations and coordinate team activities
• Handle cabinet installation, commissioning & integration
• Perform troubleshooting, testing & site acceptance tasks
• Manage documentation and reporting
• Ensure smooth coordination between tower and ground team
---
🔧 4. Support Technician
• Assist in cabinet installation and cable routing
• Support power connections, grounding, and labeling
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and site readiness
• Follow instructions from team lead
---
📍 Work Scope: Telecom site installation, antenna setup, commissioning, troubleshooting
📍 Location: [West Malaysia / Nationwide]
📍 Experience: Relevant telecom experience preferred
📍 Requirements:
• Physically fit (for rigging roles)
• Willing to travel and work on-site
• Basic technical knowledge of telecom systems
• Must be able to drive car
