Finally the time has come. We proudly present our new BMC controller to you.

BMC stands for: BORRIES MARKING CONTROLLER

This new control forms an exclusive unit with the marking families Borries 315/322/325/330.

In connection with the new introduction, there was also a change in the marking units performing. The round connector on the marking unit was changed from M27 to M23.

The connecting cable was also changed in this context. It has a smaller bending radius, is suitable for drag chains and torsion and is UL-compliant without the need for additional costs incurred.

This new generation of controls brings with it a variety of innovative changes.

"Your system partner for direct and permanent marking"

Scribe, stylus, dot-peening, as in Data Matrix code and vibro-peening techniques permanently mark workpieces made of solid materials such as aluminum, magnesium, steel, stainless steel, plastics and cast iron. These marking techniques are used for flexible and quick markings with alphanumeric characters, logos or 2D codes. The marking process results in a permanent marking.

Scribing and stylus marking techniques offer the advantage of high flexibility for marking texts, character heights and widths, and stamping depth. Because of the low force required, solid, hollow and sensitive parts can also be marked. Mechanical tolerance compensation makes marking possible even on sloped and curved surfaces.
