Key Responsibilities:

Are you a telecom professional who thrives in keeping networks running at peak performance? We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager (CMPM) to oversee maintenance operations, ensure site uptime, and lead field ex*****on across multiple telecom sites.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Lead corrective & preventive maintenance (CMPM) activities across telecom sites
🔹 Ensure high site uptime and compliance with SLA/KPI targets
🔹 Troubleshoot site outages, power failures, and network issues efficiently
🔹 Manage maintenance schedules and respond to urgent on-site incidents
🔹 Oversee vendor & contractor performance, including billing validation
Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with safety and telco standards
Maintain accurate documentation (maintenance logs, incident reports, tracking)
Coordinate closely with internal teams and field technicians

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🔸 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field (license is a plus)
🔸 3–5 years of experience in telecom tower O&M

🔶 Hands-on experience with:
🔸 BTS, antennas, rectifiers, batteries, gensets, AC units
🔶 Strong knowledge of:
🔸 Corrective & preventive maintenance practices
🔸 Site uptime, SLA/KPI management
🔸 Experience in vendor coordination & site compliance
🔸 Proficient in Excel for reporting and tracking
🔸 Able to manage multiple sites and work in on-call situations
