Operation Coordinator (Full time)
Location: Ulu Sibuga @ Sandakan
1. Plan and coordinate generator installation, servicing, and maintenance schedules.
2. Liaise with clients, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
3. Maintain records of service requests, job completion reports, and equipment dispatch.
4. Track and manage the movement of gensets, spare parts, and equipment.
5. Ensure timely availability of parts and materials for maintenance and repair works.
6. Act as a point of contact between the operations team and clients.
7. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
8. Ensure all operations adhere to safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
9. Maintain updated records of equipment, procurement orders, and service agreements.
10. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
11. Establish long-term relationships with reliable vendors.
12. Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
13. Monitor budgets and cost-effectiveness of purchases.
14. Verify the quality of received materials and ensure they meet company standards.
15. Coordinate with the technical team to assess the performance of procured items.
16. Maintain detailed procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
17. Generate reports on procurement spending, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
18. Cross check daily site operation and documentation.
