Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next career opportunity? Join Shin Yang Trading Sdn Bhd and play a key role in subcontractor management, commercial negotiations, contract administration, and project cost control.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate with subcontractors on terms and conditions
• Draft and review subcontractor agreements
• Manage subcontractor claims, disputes and variations
• Monitor subcontractor performance and contractual obligations
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and Legal Teams
• Support cost management and commercial administration throughout the project lifecycle

🎓 Requirements

✅ Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
✅ Experience in subcontractor management and negotiation
✅ Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
✅ Good knowledge of construction contracts, claims, variations and commercial management
✅ Able to work independently and effectively within a project team

🗂️ Maintain accurate procurement records
🤝 Support daily procurement operations & ad-hoc tasks
✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies

✅ Job Requirements:
🎓 Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
🌱 Fresh graduates encouraged to apply!
💡 Basic knowledge of purchasing/procurement is an advantage
