Try out this simple chest and bicep workout!
Start with exercise number 1 and make your way through until you end with exercise number 6. This is considered 1 set.
Once you complete 1 set, rest for 1 minute and continue your next set.
Recommended sets will be 3 for beginners, 5 for intermediates and 7 for experts.
Ensure you maintain proper form and have the right breathing technique for each exercise at all times.
Always remember to hydrate yourself in between sets.
