QA EXECUTIVE
BASIC SALARY
RM 3,500 TO RM 4,000.00 (NEGOTIABLE)

Job Summary & Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible in planning and
managing the QA Team.
2. Responsible for delivering
optimum quality of a company’s
products.
3. Ensure the maintenance of
consistent quality.
4. Accomplishes quality assurance
objectives by monitoring,
reviewing, and enforcing policies
and procedures to meet the
company’s Quality Objectives.
5. Trains and motivates employees
to ensure that quality standards
are met.
6. Achieves quality assurance of
operational objectives by
contributing to information
analysis.
7. Plan and supervise the QA/QC
team on daily inspection at
Incoming Quality Control, Process
Quality Control and Final Quality
Control.
8. Liaise with purchasing
department on compliance
matters.
9. Conduct internal audits, supplier
audits and any other audit
activities as defined in the QMS.
10. Participate in customer audits
and follow up on the corrective or
preventive actions.
11. Responsible for the inspection
and handling of raw materials,
semi-finished and finished
products and disposition of
defective and reject products.
12. Validates quality processes by
establishing product
specifications and quality
attributes.
13. Assists in the recruiting process.
14. Maintains and improves product
quality by completing product,
company, system, and
compliance audits.
15. Prepares quality documentation
and reports by collecting,
analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends.
16.Work closely with other
departments on quality related
matters.
17. Perform other related job duties
and ad-hoc projects assigned by
the Management.
Qualification:-
1. Minimum Degree or Bachelor's
degree in a related field
2. Basic skills in the principles of
Quality Control and Quality
Assurance
3. Ability to comply with compliance
regulations and guidelines
(Compliance)
4. Good communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. At least 3 years proven working
experience in similar capacity in
manufacturing sector.
6. Experience as Management
Representative / Lead Auditor in
ISO implementation and
documentation will be an added
advantage.
7. Good leadership, strong
interpersonal skill, strong
analytical, work independently
and problem solving skills.
