This week at Arula Group, we came together as a team to celebrate Ponggal, the traditional harvest festival that symbolizes prosperity, gratitude, and new beginnings.

The celebration was a wonderful experience filled with joy, laughter, and the delightful aroma of freshly cooked Ponggal rice, a symbol of abundance and unity. From decorating our space with vibrant kolams to performing traditional rituals, the event brought our team closer together and reminded us of the importance of gratitude and teamwork.

Arula Group had a delightful 2024 Deepavali celebration at our HQ office! The delight of wishing everyone a happy and prosperous Deepavali is a beautiful way to extend the festive spirit 🪔🪔. Sharing well wishes and celebrating together can strengthen the sense of community and camaraderie among team members. It was incredible to see all Arula staff members from HQ, Melaka Branch, Top Treble and Arula Holdings coming together for an afternoon of fun, festivity, food, feasting, frolic and fine fashion.

On 23rd & 24th September 2022, Arula Group had our Leadership Training at Lexis Port Dickson. The training was with loads of input on how to be a responsible leader, how to be effective in decision making, and problem solving. With participation from our Managing Director (Mr. Mugunthan Nadaraja), all branch’s Operation Project Manager, and the management team, this training had narrowed the gap between the operation and management teams. Most importantly, Arula is able to produce responsible and capable leaders! 💪🏻
