小时候的快乐，
曾经很简单。

骑脚车、玩泥巴、在户外待到天黑。

直到来到古晋，接触原住民文化后，
我才真正发现
原来大自然，才是最好的教室。

现在很多孩子懂很多网络知识，
却越来越少机会真正走进森林、认识土地。
所以我创办了
GenZ Survival Experience。

希望孩子们可以暂时放下手机，
学会生火、搭建庇护所、认识植物与环境，
重新感受大自然最真实的温度。

因为砂拉越这么丰富的大自然，
值得被下一代珍惜，
也值得被好好保护。

2天1夜 team building

平时大家见面，就是开会、聊生意
但这一次，终于可以放下工作和压力，
像小孩一样玩。

太紧绷、太怕错、太内耗，人就容易卡

有时候你不是需要更努力，
而是需要一个能重新连接、重新打开自己的空间

超过150次露营，带了百多组新手露营，
有一个画面让我很有感

第一次
有人嫌热、有人怕虫、有人睡不好

第二次
同一批人，开始会带自己想要玩的东西，
甚至开始觉得
“其实也不错。”

不是环境变好了。
是人，开始适应了。

我发现：
露营这件事，其实很像人生，也很像职场

一、你以为不适合，其实只是经验太少

很多人第一次露营就下结论：
“我不适合露营。”

但问题是
你只是体验了一种版本
地点、天气、装备、同行的人，
全部都会影响体验。

就像工作一样。
你遇到一个很烂的老板，
不代表你不适合这份行业。
你做过一份不顺的工作
不代表你能力不行。

有时候不是你不适合，
是你还没试够多种可能

二、露营会让你看见真实的自己

露营很诚实。
当环境不再完美，你的反应就会被放大。
你是容易焦虑，还是能冷静观察？
你需要控制，还是可以调整？
你习惯准备好一切，还是能边走边修正？
露营不会改变你。
但会让你更清楚你是谁。
而这，才是成长的起点。

三、你是控制环境，还是适应环境？

有两种很明显的人：
一种想把城市的标准搬进户外。
另一种开始学会跟环境合作。
风大就调整方向，下雨就改变节奏。
差别不在对错，
而在于谁更轻松。

因为现实不会一直配合你。
真正的自由，是你能在不同环境里找到平衡。

四、关键不是装备，而是应变力

很多人以为露营拼的是装备。
但实际体验之后会发现
装备只能解决一部分问题。

真正关键的是：
当事情不按计划走时，你还能不能稳住。
天气变了怎么办？
孩子情绪来了怎么办？
节奏乱了怎么办？

露营在练的，其实是“应变力”

这也是人生最重要的能力之一。

五、不要太早替自己下结论

很多人卡住，不是因为不会，
而是太快认定：
“我不适合。”
“我做不到。”
但这些，往往只是某个阶段的你。

如果多尝试几次，
很多答案会改变。
不是你不行，
只是你还在过程里。

六、找到属于你的方式，比复制别人更重要

有人喜欢精致露营，
有人喜欢简单随性。
没有哪一种才是“对的”。

重点是
你有没有在过程中，慢慢理解自己。
你的节奏是什么？
你的边界在哪里？
你真正享受的是什么？

当你开始知道这些，
你就不只是露营。
你是在建立自己的生活方式。

七、真正的能力，是在不确定中也能稳定

真正会露营的人，
不是只在完美条件下才开心。
而是
在不完美里，也能找到自己的节奏。

它更像一面镜子。
你会看见自己的习惯、反应、限制，
也会看见自己可以调整、成长的空间。

不要太快说你不适合。
可能只是还没找到属于自己的方式。

人生也是一样。
你现在的状态，不是结论。
只是一个阶段。

多试几次。
你会慢慢找到那个
在不同环境里，都能好好生活的自己。

这次开箱抓虫道具，
带去露营应该很忙，
很多虫可以抓。

其实露营不只是放松，
那些临时出现的小生物、意外的小发现，
才是大自然给我们的惊喜。
