Project: Irradiance Calibration Fixture
Application: Calibration Fixture for irradiance meter
System Overview & How It Works:
- Power & Initialization:
Powered via single-phase 200VAC–240VAC power supply, displaying "Irrd" on startup.
- Dual-Meter Alignment:
Position the Reference Meter and Unit Under Calibration (UUC) side-by-side inside the fixture following the base guidelines.
- Irradiance Control:
Toggle the LED source ON and adjust the light intensity using the adjustment k**b to match target values.
- Signal & Automated Testing:
Connect external signal sources through the built-in 9-pin DB9 interface port for custom testing requirements.

- Precision Irradiance Adjustment K**b:
Fine-tune LED light intensity output manually.
- Real-Time LED Display:
Clearly shows active irradiance levels and system status.
- Side-by-Side Positioning Guidelines:
Pre-marked base indicators to ensure consistent placement for reference and test meters.
- Smart Safety Auto-Cutoff:
Automatically turns off the LED source after 10 minutes of inactivity (SOFF) to prevent thermal buildup.
- External Interface Port (DB9):
Built-in DB9 male connector for external signal generation and integration.
