🚨 近日，网络上出现以假账号名义散播关于我“欠钱”的不实言论，
并在多个群组、吹水站被恶意转载与传播。
为避免公众受误导，现郑重声明如下：
一、关于谣言
网络流传内容均为 虚构、捏造、未经核实的假消息。
相关言论已对我的名誉造成严重损害，
并构成《通讯及多媒体法令 1998》第 233 条下的违法行为。
任何散播、制造或故意转发虚假信息者，
无论是原始发布者或转传播者，
均需为其行为承担法律后果。
二、保留法律追究权利
我与团队已全面收集：
• 发布者账号信息
• 分享与转发记录
• 群组截图与流量来源
• 所有相关证据
并已交由法律团队正式处理。
对于恶意造谣、侮辱、诽谤、散播虚假资讯的任何个人或群体，
我们将依法采取以下行动，包括但不限于：
• 发出律师函
• 要求公开道歉
• 提出民事索偿（名誉损害赔偿、精神损害赔偿等）
• 向警方与 MCMC（马来西亚通讯与多媒体委员会）备案与报案
• 采取刑事和民事双轨制行动
本声明一经发出，所有责任人将不再有“我不知道”“不是我先开始”的借口。
三、关于沉默
我们选择沉默，并非退缩。
沉默，是为了让事实累积、让证据成形、让真相开口。
而今天，我们正式启动法律程序。
后续将由律师与相关执法单位处理，绝不妥协。
四、严正警告
即日起，
任何人若继续：
• 散播未经证实的指控
• 发布侮辱性或诽谤性内容
• 以假账号攻击或引导舆论
• 煽动、攻击或操控信息传播
都将被视为参与违法行为，承担相应法律责任。
请所有人停止转发未经核实的内容，
删除相关贴文、截图与分享，
以免卷入法律调查。

谣言可以制造，但证据不会说谎。

🚨 Recently, false rumors have been circulating online, claiming that I “owe money,” spread by fake accounts and maliciously re-shared in multiple group chats and forums. To avoid misleading the public, I hereby make the following statement:
1. Regarding the Rumors
The content circulating online is completely fabricated, made-up, and unverified false information. These statements have seriously damaged my reputation and constitute an illegal act under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
Any individual who spreads, creates, or intentionally shares false information, whether as the original poster or as a re-sharer, will be held legally accountable for their actions.
2. Reservation of Legal Rights
My team and I have thoroughly collected:
- Information on the account of the original poster
- Records of shares and re-shares
- Screenshots of group chats and traffic sources
- All relevant evidence
We have already handed these over to our legal team for formal processing. For any individual or group involved in malicious slander, defamation, or spreading false information, we will take the following legal actions, including but not limited to:
- Issuing a lawyer’s letter
- Demanding a public apology
- Filing civil claims (including compensation for defamation and emotional distress)
- Reporting to the police and MCMC (Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission)
- Taking both criminal and civil actions
Once this statement is issued, those responsible will no longer have the excuse of “I didn’t know” or “I didn’t start it.”
3. Regarding Silence
Our silence does not indicate retreat.
Silence is for allowing facts to accumulate, evidence to take shape, and the truth to speak.
Today, we are officially initiating legal procedures. Moving forward, all matters will be handled by lawyers and the relevant law enforcement agencies, with no compromise.
4. Formal Warning
From today onwards, anyone who continues to:
- Spread unverified accusations
- Post insulting or defamatory content
- Attack or manipulate public opinion using fake accounts
- Incite, attack, or control the dissemination of information
Will be considered as participating in illegal activities and will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
I urge everyone to stop sharing unverified content and to delete relevant posts, screenshots, and shares to avoid becoming involved in legal investigations.
5. Conclusion
Rumors can be created, but evidence does not lie.
Every click, share, and comment may become legal evidence.
We will not tolerate malicious defamation. All legal procedures have been initiated, and anyone involved will be held responsible for their actions.
