We are on the lookout for a capable and motivated Corporate Affairs Executive / Senior Corporate Affairs Executive to join our team and support key corporate, compliance, and governance functions within the organization. Job Scope:
• Support the Head of Corporate Affairs in managing daily corporate affairs activities.
• Assist in regulatory, safety, compliance, and ISO 9001 matters (documentation, submission, tracking, and follow-ups).
• Coordinate preparation of board papers, resolutions, announcements, and internal approvals.
• Support ESG, sustainability, branding, and corporate communications initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and briefing materials.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties (company secretary, regulators, bankers, insurers, consultants).
• Assist in corporate exercises, bank loan matters, insurance renewals, and audits.
• Maintain proper records, trackers, and documentation systems.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Corporate Administration or related fields (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• 3–5 years’ experience in corporate affairs, compliance, regulatory or corporate secretarial roles
• Exposure to listed companies or regulated industries is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills (English & BM; Mandarin is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High integrity, professional, and team-oriented.
