🏆 Most Excellent Contractor Award – Loyal Engineering Sdn. Bhd.
On 23 December 2025, Loyal Engineering, together with our strategic partners, was conferred the Anugerah Kontraktor Cemerlang bagi Kategori Projek Melebihi RM100 Juta (Most Excellent Contractor Award for Projects Exceeding RM100 Million Category) for our Design & Build Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Project at Papan, Perak – (Package 2).
As the main contractor which successfully delivered the RM470 Million project to our client, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan (JPP), we would like to express our thanks and gratitude to PETRA and JPP for their trust and guidance. We feel honoured and overwhelmed to receive this award from YAB Datuk Amar Haji Fadillah bin Haji Yusof, Timbalan Perdana Menteri dan Menteri Peralihan Tenaga dan Transformasi Air.
It was a journey of 2,124 days involving conceptualisation, design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handing over the completed project to JPP. The project entailed the following components:
• Design & construction of a New Regional STP (900,000 PE C&S, 600,000 PE M&E – Phase 1)
• Design & construction of a new connecting trunk sewer
• Demolition of existing mechanical sludge facilities
Delivered on time, the STP has an ultimate capacity of 1,500,000 PE and provides reliable and sustainable wastewater treatment. This milestone was made possible by the incredible collaboration of our strategic partners, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors, who tackled challenges head-on to deliver excellence.
