Day 2 & The Grand Finale of KWADAB DEP CAE 2026!

Today marks not only the wrap-up of Batch 9 (Siemens Simcenter Inspire Mold), but also the official completion of the entire KWADAB DEP CAE training programme!

Our final cohort pushed through the final stages of the injection moulding workflow today.

From structural FEA and CFD to electric machine design and advanced manufacturing simulations across all 9 batches, this journey has been nothing short of transformative.

Final Lap: Day 1 underway for Batch 9 at KWADAB 2026!

We have officially arrived at the final chapter of the KWADAB DEP CAE programme!

Over the next two days, our very last cohort is stepping up to tackle:
Batch 9: Siemens Simcenter Inspire Mold — Simulation for Manufacturing (Injection Moulding)

Day 1 is all about digital precision on the shop floor. Our participants jumped straight into:

Importing complex part geometries and validating gating system locations.
Simulating filling patterns, injection pressures, and melt front advancements. Identifying air traps, weld lines, and sink mark risks before cutting any steel.

With only 48 hours to complete the training, every simulation run counts as we bring this entire programme to the finish line.

Batch 4: Siemens Simcenter Inspire Mold — Simulation for Manufacturing (Injection Moulding)

Batch 5: Siemens Simcenter SimSolid — Meshless Structural Analysis Fundamental

From evaluating mold flow, fill patterns, and sink mark risks in Inspire Mold, to running rapid structural analyses without the traditional geometry prep and meshing bottlenecks in SimSolid, Day 1 kicked off at full throttle.
