• Unloading, receiving, moving, checking, labelling and storing incoming goods/shipments.
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate in terms of quantity, type, and quality.
• Conduct an inspection on the DO (Delivery Order) to verify the quality & quantity of goods.
• Picking, packing, packaging and labelling products before dispatched/delivery.
• Loading and unloading lorry/van/truck.
• Safekeeping and proper records of all parts.
• Updating and maintaining items/parts database.
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
• Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• SPM/ Diploma or fresh graduates.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a Spare part shop is desired but not necessary.
• Ability to use a forklift.
• Good communication skills.
• Accountable, honest, team player, hardworking, willingness to learn / share responsibilities and most importantly a positive attitude.
