Job Opportunity: Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant

📍 Location: KLTS, Setapak
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and proactive individual to be the face of our company. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in office administration and HR support while working in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional manner
Provide administrative support to the HR & Admin team
Assist in coordinating candidates, including form completion and interview arrangements
Manage courier, mail, and office supplies (stationery & pantry)
Maintain proper filing systems, data entry, and records
Monitor daily employee attendance
Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Support Management when attending to clients or guests
Assist with staff ID arrangements and administrative tracking (e.g., utilities records)
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Minimum Diploma in any field
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Computer literate (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word)
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
