We are specialist contractor,specializing in waterproofing, concrete repair structural, leaking repair, special coating, Epoxy and Polyurethane
flooring, strengthening, Vasari wall plaster, and power float. The company main business is specializing in waterproofing, concrete repair structural, leaking repair, special coating,
Epoxy and Polyurethane flooring, strengthening and powerfloat. We are

not only acting as distributor for the products we are carrying but also
acting as applicator of the products. The product brands that we are using,selling, distributing are MC Bauchemie (Germany), Mapei (Italy), WeldCrete(USA) and Penetron (USA). Whereby these product are mainly on non-shrink grout, all kind waterproofig, mortar repair, admixture, expansion joint sealant, silicone,
epoxy/Polyurethane floring and coating, epoxy mortar/resin for anchoring/repair, Polyurethane foam for injection, waterplug, PVC waterstop,
fireproof sealant and etc. Our wide range of special products enables us to encounter and master many different solutions. That means to overcome the construction problems
and building protections, we are here to solve them for you. We have good knowledge of material application to achieve the durability and actual performance of the product. With our service and experience

Ceiling leakage issues can disrupt customer comfort and negatively affect the environment inside the premises, especially during the rainy season and continuous heavy rainfall.

Our team carried out a thorough inspection to identify the main source of the leakage before commencing the repair works. After identifying the leakage points and water seepage pathways, PU Injection works were conducted using high-pressure polyurethane material to seal the cracks and stop water pe*******on from within the concrete structure.

This method effectively prevents further water ingress while providing long-term protection against recurring leakage problems. The repair works were successfully completed to ensure the premises remain more comfortable, safe, and conducive for customers as well as daily operations.
