Our company, KAIFAH Sdn Bhd, was incorporated in 1974 with a paid up capital of RM120,000 to kick start. In the beginning, we were involved in trading various petroleum products from a number of multinational and local companies. By then, all the principals appointed their own sole agents and distributors. It was then when KAIFAH Sdn Bhd formed a wholly owned subsidiary S.S. JAYA Sdn Bhd in July 1
977 to bid for the Shell Commercial Dealer appointment. Under strong continuous support and guidance from Shell expertise and technical training, the sales turnover of Shell lubricants increased tremendously over the past decades and today we are proud that KAIFAH & SS JAYA is the one of the privileged companies in Malaysia as an approved dealer with Shell Priority Status. We sincerely believe customer satisfaction by helping our clientele in their problem-solving and providing full technical support, plus join visit with Shell engineers whenever it is necessary.
