As part of our ongoing commitment to developing world-class engineering talent, we recently conducted a specialized Aluminum Materials Science & Engineering Training Program for engineers from our Technical, R&D, and Engineering teams.
The program focused on strengthening fundamental and advanced knowledge in:

* Alloy design, microstructure, and performance relationships
* Casting and melt treatment technologies
* Extrusion process optimization and key parameter control
* Material characterization and engineering applications

Through a combination of theoretical learning, industry case studies, and technical discussions, participants gained deeper insights into how material science directly influences product performance, manufacturing efficiency, quality consistency, and innovation.
