Yawei Corporation's automated sheet metal bending solution, featuring their intelligent programming software and the FBC series CNC panel bender.

​Software Capabilities: The intelligent software significantly streamlines preparation. It can import a 3D model, automatically unfold it into a flat pattern, and identify all necessary bending information. It also automatically configures the appropriate tool sizes and positions, providing a 3D dynamic simulation of the bending process before exporting the final machine program.

​Machine Operation: The exported program is then loaded into the FBC series CNC bending machine. The video shows the machine efficiently and automatically folding a piece of sheet metal to create a specific component, which is identified as an electrical switch cabinet air outlet door.
