Key Responsibilities:
* Attend to on-site technical complaints and provide effective solutions.
* Troubleshoot and identify issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Prepare and maintain site reports, investigation findings, schedules, and related documentation.
* Provide accurate technical feedback and recommendations to management.
* Ensure solutions are properly implemented and monitored for effectiveness.
* Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
* Support MyHIJAU and other environmental certification initiatives.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
* Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Knowledge of SolidWorks, Ansys, Asana, or MyHIJAU applications is an added advantage.
* Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage daily store and warehouse operations.
* Oversee incoming and outgoing goods and ensure accurate stock movement records.
* Maintain inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
* Coordinate with Sales Admin, QA/QC, and Purchasing departments.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
* Lead and supervise store personnel to achieve productivity targets.
* Report operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* 2โ5 years of experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with Autocount, inventory systems, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
* Good leadership, planning, communication, and coordination skills.
* Responsible, disciplined, and able to work with integrity.
