Tentang geran

Geran Mukim: Geran ini adalah untuk tanah yang dimiliki secara individu dalam kawasan Mukim. Ia merupakan pegangan kekal dan pemilik tanah mempunyai hak milik selama-lamanya.

Geran Pajakan (Leasehold): Geran pajakan memberikan hak milik tanah untuk tempoh tertentu, biasanya selama 99 tahun. Selepas tempoh itu, tanah akan kembali kepada kerajaan kecuali pemilik memohon sambungan pajakan.

Geran Hakmilik Sementara: Geran ini dikeluarkan sebelum pengukuran dan pengesahan sepenuhnya oleh Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Malaysia (JUPEM). Ia bersifat sementara sehingga semua proses selesai.
