🎯 What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving project-based sales for new lab builds and renovations. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver tailored solutions that match their technical and budget needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients in science, education, industrial, and healthcare sectors
• Promote lab furniture, fume hoods, and renovation services (including M&E works)
• Conduct site visits, understand project scope, and present proposals
• Prepare quotations, tender documents, and sales presentations
• Coordinate closely with internal design/project teams to match client expectations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners throughout the sales cycle
• Track market trends and contribute to business development strategy

✅ What We’re Looking For
• Diploma/Degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
• Experience in B2B sales, project sales, or lab/renovation products preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads/projects
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
