Once the curved segments are formed, we move into tack welding and pre-assembly. This initial welding locks each piece into the correct position before full structural welding begins.

A precise tack fit-up ensures airtight sealing, accurate filter bag spacing and proper dust movement during operation. Small shifts in alignment at this stage can affect suction efficiency and long-term durability of the collector.

Before final welding, our team controls root gap, applies bracing and inspects every joint to preserve geometry. This ensures the dust collector remains stable under continuous negative pressure once installed on-site.

𝐎𝐍-𝐆𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐀𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: 𝐃𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐘𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐌

With material preparation complete, we now forms the main body and hopper of the dust collector through controlled rolling. The flat plates are shaped into cylindrical shells and tapered cones that manage airflow and dust discharge.

Correct rolling determines how smoothly the unit performs. A precise curvature allows stable suction, prevents dust blockage, and keeps the structure stable when operating under continuous negative pressure.

To achieve this, our team performs multi-pass rolling with radius checks and applies temporary bracing to maintain shape. Each piece is inspected for dimensional accuracy before it enters assembly and welding.

We continue our fabrication journey with circular plate cutting using an oxy-fuel cutting machine. These steel rounds and reinforcing rings form the top and bottom interfaces of the dust collector — including the hopper discharge, tube sheet joints, and mounting flanges.

Accurate circular cutting is crucial to ensure airtight suction, structural strength, and smooth dust movement through the system. Any deviation in shape can affect airflow performance, cause leakage, or reduce filtration efficiency, especially under continuous negative pressure operations.

To achieve precision, all plates undergo dimensional marking, flame-guided cutting, hole preparation, and edge machining according to fabrication drawings. By controlling tolerance, bevel angles, and fit-up quality at this early stage, we build reliability from the very first cut.

We are proud to begin work on a new project — the fabrication and installation of two industrial dust collector systems, each designed for high-capacity air extraction and filtration to support continuous plant operations.

A dust collector is a key part of air pollution control, capturing dust with filter bags and returning clean air to the environment. With steel shells, conical hoppers, service platforms, centrifugal fans, and jumbo bag clamp systems, this project will deliver reliable performance for industries such as cement, steel, and bulk material handling.

Our journey starts with raw material preparation — plate measuring and cutting — the first step in transforming steel into a complete industrial dust collection system. Be with us as we share each stage of this engineering journey.
