Account Cum Admin Assistant
Job Requirements / 工作职责
Handle daily account transaction and administrative. / 处理日常账户交易及行政事务。
Responsible for administrative and clerical duties / 负责行政和文书工作。
Perform data entry and responsible for daily accounts recording function. / 数据输入并负责日常账目记录功能。
Prepare Invoice or any related to the accounts. / 准备发票或者与任何账户相关的文件。
Monthly submission to KWSP, Perkeso, HRDF and LHDN / 每月提交给 KWSP、Perkeso、HRDF 和 LHDN。
To assist in any ad-hoc task as required / 根据需要协助任何临时任务。
Job Qualification / 工作要求
Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in accounting. / 至少有2-3年的会计工作经验。
Good computer skills / 良好的计算机技能
Required Language: English, Malay, Chinese. / 所需语言:英语、马来语、中文。
Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM /DIPLOMA in accounting / 应聘者必须至少拥有 SPM / STPM / 会计文凭
Working Hours: 8.00am to 5:30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.00am to 5pm (Sat)
