Baxtech Resources Sdn. Bhd. (BRSB) successfully conducted the Contractor Management Health, Safety & Environment Visit (MHSEV) on 19 May 2026 at BRSB Teluk Kalong Yard. The visit was attended by our valued client from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (PCSB) led by Pn. Nur Rasyeda Binti M Raziff, Manager (Petroleum Arrangement), together with the PCSB team, while BRSB delegation was led by our Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Encik Ahmad Redza Bin Rasdee.

The visit was conducted as part of our continuous commitment towards strengthening Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) excellence and ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with company HSE requirements, procedures, and legal obligations. The session included engagement and discussion, Speak Up session and walkabout activities at the yard, which served as a platform for sharing best practices, identifying improvement opportunities and strengthening collaboration between both parties. BRSB sincerely appreciates PCSB for the continuous support, cooperation and commitment towards maintaining high Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.

On 11 May 2026, BRSB officially launched HSE Campaign #2 2026: Line of Fire at Teluk Kalong Yard. The event was attended by the Leadership Team from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB), BRSB Project Management Team and crew members. The campaign was officially launched by our Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Ahmad Redza Bin Rasdee.

The campaign was conducted with the objective of enhancing awareness and understanding of line of fire hazards among employees, as well as reinforcing safe work practices to ensure a safer and more secure working environment.

Through this initiative, BRSB remains committed to continuously strengthening the organisation’s safety culture and promoting a high standard of HSE performance across all operations.

On 26 January 2026, the HSE Committee of Baxtech Resources Sdn. Bhd. (BRSB) paid a courtesy visit to Greenverse Holding Sdn. Bhd., located at Kerteh Biopolymer Park (KBP). which is one of our service providers for scheduled waste management.The visit aimed to provide exposure on scheduled waste management to the committee members. The BRSB delegation was received by Greenverse Holding Sdn. Bhd., lead by the Chief Operating Officer, Datin Mezi Wang, together with the company’s team.

The main highlights of the visit included an introductory session on the operations of Greenverse Holding Sdn. Bhd. delivered by Datin Mezi Wang, followed by a plant safety briefing and a site visit to the operational areas to directly observe the scheduled waste management processes implemented at the facility. This initiative is expected to contribute to more sustainable environmental management practices in the future.

Kicking off 2026 with our first quarter HSE Campaign, Baxtech Resources Sdn Bhd (BRSB) launched the Safe Restart programme on 14 and 15 January at Teluk Kalong Yard. The session brought together our Project Management Team, onshore and offshore crew, with the support from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB). The opening remarks of the programme were delivered by BRSB top management, our General Manager Operations Encik Muhammad Zafifi and General Manager Corporate Services Encik Ahmad Redza.

The programme focused on learning from past incidents, building a prevention mindset, strengthening safety controls and raising awareness of hazards like line of fire and stored energy. Participants also had the opportunity to practice Last Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA) on site and were reminded on how vital the Stop Work Authority is for making safe decisions every day.

Through this initiative, BRSB continues to strengthen its safety culture, raise hazard awareness and ensure operations are restarted safely, consistently and with discipline throughout 2026.

🌊✨ Cleaning the Beach, Protecting Turtles, Saving Our Planet! ✨🌊

We’re excited to share that BRSB recently held our "Clean the Beach" programme at Pantai Chakar Hutan, Kertih! This initiative is part of our AIF HSE Implementation Plan, reflecting our ongoing commitment to environmental care & sustainability 🌍

Together with NGO Pulihara, we cleaned up the beach to reduce plastic pollution. Even more exciting, we had an enlightening Hatchery Tour and Turtle Nest Excavation session, where we helped conserve turtle nests and learned about the hatching process up close! 🐢 It was an incredibly meaningful experience for our team.

A huge thank you to all the amazing volunteers and everyone involved! Your teamwork made this event a meaningful success! 💙

Terima kasih diucapkan kepada semua peserta dan warga kerja Baxtech Resources yang telah menjayakan acara Merdeka Fun Run pada 28 Ogos 2025 di Pantai Kijal, Kemaman. Kehadiran peserta semua bukan sahaja memeriahkan suasana, malah turut memperkukuh semangat perpaduan dan kebersamaan sempena ambang Kemerdekaan yang ke 68 pada tahun ini.

Acara ini bermula dengan penuh semangat melalui doa pembukaan, nyanyian lagu Negaraku serta ucapan dari pengurusan BRSB, diikuti sesi larian santai yang disertai oleh peserta dengan penuh keceriaan. Walaupun dalam suasana santai, semua peserta menunjukkan semangat sukan, kerjasama dan sokongan antara satu sama lain.

Semoga pengalaman ini menjadi kenangan bermakna dan mendorong kita untuk terus melangkah maju dengan lebih bersemangat.
