In 2008, Unimech Group Bhd. Had acquired 51% of M.E.T. Motion Holding Sdn Bhd share. Unimech Group Bhd is a Malaysian owned main board public listed company. It deals mainly in the valve industry, includes the process of designing, fabricating, installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment and plants for steam generation, heating and combustion system, fluid conveyance piping works as well as maintenance and overhaul of engineering equipment and parts.
