Infinecs Systems is proud to have been selected to join the Rapidus Collaborative Open Rapid Ecosystem (Rapidus CORE) as a Design Solution Associate, securing a role within the advanced semiconductor ecosystem of Japanese chipmaker Rapidus Corporation.

Infinecs brings proven design capabilities on advanced technology nodes, including 2nm and beyond, together with advanced analog design expertise. This will help customers develop next-generation AI and automotive-grade chips using Rapidus's process technologies. Rapidus, established in Japan in 2022, is building advanced manufacturing capabilities and targets production of 2nm chips.

The semiconductor industry thrives on a collaborative, horizontal ecosystem. By pairing its design expertise with Rapidus's groundbreaking 2nm manufacturing process, and working with fellow Rapidus CORE partners, Infinecs can lower barriers for customers, streamline development cycles, and accelerate time-to-market for AI and automotive-grade chips.

Joining Rapidus CORE is a significant milestone for Infinecs as it expands its global partnerships, strengthens its technical capabilities, and opens new opportunities in the semiconductor industry. Together with Rapidus and its partners, Infinecs will help drive the development and mass production of next-generation semiconductors.

We were honoured to welcome YB Akmal Nasir, Minister of Economy Malaysia, together with the Ministry of Economy leadership team, to our workspace at GBS TechSpace yesterday.

During the visit, Infinecs Systems had the opportunity to showcase our IP, chips and prototypes and briefly share our capabilities and developments in IC design.
