KHP Steel Product (M) Sdn Bhd (Kextra) has recently become aware of false, malicious, and misleading information being circulated by anonymous and/or unverified parties with the apparent intention of damaging our company’s reputation, goodwill, and business relationships.
We wish to state unequivocally that Kextra denies all such allegations in their entirety. A formal police report has been lodged with the relevant authorities, and the matter is currently under official investigation. In addition, formal complaints have also been submitted to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) regarding the misuse of electronic communication and cybersecurity-related concerns.
We strongly advise all customers, business partners, consultants, contractors, and members of the public to exercise caution against any misinformation, impersonation attempts, or communications originating from anonymous, unverified, or unofficial sources relating to Kextra and/or our business activities.
Should you receive any suspicious messages, calls, emails, or documents concerning our organisation, kindly verify the authenticity directly through Kextra’s official communication channels before taking any action or relying upon such information.

We also reserve all legal rights against any individual or party found to be responsible for the creation, dissemination, republication, or circulation of false and defamatory information concerning our organisation.
