EP.27 变速箱千斤顶顶得起来、手一放就沉，多数时候不是油不够，是密封圈内漏。

密封圈靠唇边贴住缸壁隔开高低压腔，唇边一硬就贴不住，高压油漏回低压侧，压力自然守不住。顶得上去代表泵还有力，撑不住代表漏在缸里。加油、拧接头都没用，整套换才行。

这台泵柱塞密封圈硬掉、缸头油封变形，整套换新，实测顶起一台叉车不下沉。

That’s not a leak. 那不是漏油,这是出厂前的压力测试。

车间里最花时间的从来不是修，是打黄油。 手动黄油枪一个注油嘴要压十几下，一台罗里几十个点，打完整只手都废了。

接上气源，40:1 增压，扣着扳机走一圈就完事。

影片里喷出来的是水，不是黄油。每一台出货前都灌水加压跑一次， 压力上不去、接口有渗的，直接留在厂里。

EP. 26 千斤顶顶到一半没力、停着还自己慢慢沉，多数时候不是油不够，是油封。

油封靠唇边贴紧缸壁挡住高压油。一裂，高压腔和回油腔就通了，油顺着缝隙漏回去，压力守不住。加油没用，油不是少，是一直漏回去，整套换才有效。

这台拆开还看到内部积满油泥，油路全堵。油泥不清干净，新油封照样磨坏。清干净、换整套油封、换新液压油，装回去压住不再下沉。

EP. 26 When a floor jack stalls halfway up and keeps sinking on its own, low oil is usually not the problem. The seal is.

An oil seal holds pressure with its lip pressed against the cylinder wall. Once that lip cracks, the high pressure side connects to the return side and oil bleeds straight back, so the jack cannot hold. Topping up oil does nothing. The oil is not low, it keeps leaking back. The whole seal kit has to go.

This one was also packed with sludge and the oil galleries were blocked. Leave that in and the new seal wears out just as fast. Cleaned it out, new seal kit, fresh hydraulic oil, and it holds under load with no sinking.

车打不着火，不一定是电池坏了

很多时候只是放太久，电放光了。充回去就好。

EP. 24 气动顶部起来，原因很简单
气动千斤顶接了气纹丝不动，多数人先想到漏油。别急着加油，先试手动。

手动和气动共用同一套液压缸，只是推动方式不同。手动顶得起来，就说明油封、单向阀、油量都正常，毛病只在气动侧。这台是气动泵内部积污干涩、活塞卡死，气推不动，加油没用。

泵拆开、零件逐个清洗上润滑，液压油也补上。上吨力机压到 17.8 吨，稳住十秒不回落，不漏油。

EP. 24 Air Jack Will Not Lift, The Reason Is Simple
When an air hydraulic jack sits dead with the air hooked up, most people assume a leak and start topping up oil. Try it by hand first.

Manual and air drive share the same hydraulic cylinder, only the way they push it differs. If it lifts by hand, the seals, the check valve and the oil level are all fine. The fault has to be on the air side. On this one the air pump was caked with grime and bone dry, the piston seized, and no amount of oil would help.

Pump stripped down, every part scrubbed and greased, hydraulic oil topped up. On the load cell it held 17.8 tons for ten seconds, zero drop, no leaks.
