EP.29 托盘车顶得起来、一踩就往下沉，多数人第一个怀疑泵坏了或油不够，其实是油封。

泵浦把油压进油缸，油封负责把高压锁在里面。油封一裂，高压油就从缝隙漏回低压侧，压力守不住，一受力当然沉。加油、拧紧都没用，只能整颗换。

这台泵浦和油缸两处油封都烂了，两颗一起换、补回液压油。空载顶到最高点，户外顶起一台叉车、再压整板货，全程不下沉。

EP.29 A pallet truck that lifts fine but sinks the moment you step on it is usually not a bad pump or low oil. It is the seals.

The pump pushes oil into the cylinder and the seal holds that pressure in. Once a seal splits, high pressure oil leaks back to the low pressure side, so the jack cannot hold. Topping up or tightening will not help. The seal has to be replaced.

This one had both the pump seal and the cylinder seal gone. Both replaced, oil topped up. Empty lift to full height, then a forklift, then a full pallet, zero sinking.

换一个堆高机轮胎，最麻烦的从来不是螺帽，是那条永远不够长的气管。
The hard part of a forklift tyre change was never the nuts. It’s dragging the hose out there.

车子停在货柜旁边、停在客户厂里、停在没有气源的角落，
以前只能推压缩机过去，或者拿长铁通硬撬。

EP. 28 气动千斤顶接上气管一点力都没有，手摇却顶得起来。多数时候不是气压不够，是泵那段的油路堵了。

手摇能顶，代表油缸、油封、单向阀都好，压力守得住。气动泵靠气推柱塞打油，油路被油泥铁屑塞死，气压再大也推不动油。调大气压、加油都没用，只能拆开清通。

清通装回后上吨力机，进气接头还漏气，重新锁紧才顶到 20.7 吨达标。上盖板被超载压弯，顺手敲直

EP.28 An air jack that goes dead the moment you connect the hose, yet still lifts fine on the hand pump, is usually not short of air pressure. The oil passage on the pump seat is blocked.

If the hand pump lifts, the cylinder, the seals and the check valve are all fine and pressure holds. The air pump works by pushing a plunger to move oil. Once sludge and metal dust choke that passage, no amount of air pressure will move the oil. Raising the pressure or topping up oil will not help. The pump has to come apart and be cleaned through.

After cleaning and reassembly the air fitting still leaked on the tonnage rig. Retightened, it reached 20.7 tons. The top plate had been bent by overloading, so it was hammered flat as well.

千斤顶漏油了，你拿去哪里修？

这件事很多人买的时候不会想。外面贪便宜买一支，用一阵子 seal 漏了、油压上不去，没人修，只能丢掉再买一支。算下来反而贵。

跟我们买不一样。有任何问题，直接拿回来给我们，维修费一定比外面便宜。

现在 3 吨 Floor Jack（普通款）在做促销，存货不多。

EP.27 变速箱千斤顶顶得起来、手一放就沉，多数时候不是油不够，是密封圈内漏。

密封圈靠唇边贴住缸壁隔开高低压腔，唇边一硬就贴不住，高压油漏回低压侧，压力自然守不住。顶得上去代表泵还有力，撑不住代表漏在缸里。加油、拧接头都没用，整套换才行。

这台泵柱塞密封圈硬掉、缸头油封变形，整套换新，实测顶起一台叉车不下沉。
