TECHNOFIT MASS TOOLBOX TALK: OSH WORLD DAY 2026 - "Let’s Ensure a Healthy Psychosocial Working Environment"

On 28 April 2026, the HSE Department conducted a session in conjunction with TECHNOFIT OSH World Day 2026 across HQ and all regions, delivered via online and face-to-face sessions. The programme was carried out under the theme: “Let’s Ensure a Healthy Psychosocial Working Environment”, aiming to promote a safe, supportive and positive workplace culture.

Employees were encouraged to wear a special OSH badge and share motivational messages to promote positivity, teamwork and mutual respect. Key topics included stress management, work-life balance, effective communication and early awareness of mental well-being.

OPENING OF PENGERANG OFFICE COMMENCEMENT OF OPERATIONS

TECHNOFIT successfully marked the commencement of operations at its Pengerang Office, one of the offices under Region 3, on 27th April, signifying an important milestone in strengthening its presence in the southern region.

This achievement represents another key milestone for TECHNOFIT, as the Operations Office in Pengerang, Johor is now officially operational. This is not merely an expansion, but a strategic move to be on the ground, closer, faster and stronger in delivering maintenance, repairs and overhaul (MRO) services and executing projects where it matters most.

The Pengerang Office complements our existing presence in Pontian, further enhancing our coverage and responsiveness within Region 3.

The establishment of this milestone reflects our commitment to operational excellence and reinforces our ability to support clients more efficiently within a rapidly growing energy and industrial hub, while contributing to more sustainable operations through improved logistics, reduced response time and greater operational efficiency.

Pada 9 April yang lalu, wakil daripada pihak TECHNOFIT dan Kelab Sosial & Rekreasi TECHNOFIT (TSREC) telah berkunjung ke rumah keluarga Allahyarham En. Mohd Kamal bin Dato’ Mohd Zawawi, Pengurus Besar Kanan, Unit Perniagaan 2, yang telah meninggal dunia pada 25 Mac 2026, bersamaan 5 Syawal 1447H. Allahyarham meninggalkan seorang isteri dan empat orang anak berusia antara 5 hingga 28 tahun.

Pihak TECHNOFIT dan TSREC berharap agar sumbangan ikhlas serta ziarah ini dapat memberikan sedikit sebanyak sokongan sebagai tanda keprihatinan kepada keluarga Allahyarham dalam menghadapi saat-saat yang sukar ini.

Semoga roh Allahyarham dicucuri rahmat dan ditempatkan dalam kalangan orang-orang yang beriman dan beramal soleh.
