Course Outline Summary:
1. Fundamentals of project management.
2. Manual calculation and preparation of PERT/CPM network diagram, time and resources estimates, resources and costs allocation, and histogram and s-curve.
3. Understanding plans and Bill of Quantities/Program of Works and generate activity list, resources and costs.
4. Create, implement, and monitor a project using Primavera P6 software and learn the following:
4.1 Navigate Primavera P6 environment
4.2 Define OBS, EPS, and project calendar
4.3 Create a project and WBS
4.4 Add activities, predecessors and relationships
4.5 Organize data in the project
4.6 Allocate resources and costs
4.7 Create a target or baseline of the project
4.8 Implement and monitor the project
4.9 Export and import project data; and
4.10 Report the project performance.

Berminat untuk bekerja di sektor minyak dan Gas dan pembinaan?

Syarat Minimum :
- Berumur 21 Tahun ke atas
- 1 Tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam apa2 bidang industri berkaitan.
- Berpengetahuan tentang Pengurusan Projek dan Pembinaan Bangunan

Kelas akan diadakan selama 3 bulan
2 kali sebulan (Sabtu dan Ahad)
Yuran pendaftaran :Rm 150.00
Yuran Kursus :RM 2500.00
Untuk tambahan software Primavera P6, tambahan Yuran Rm 800 akan dikenakan
