TS Motorcylce and Machinery Sdn Bhd is the pioneer in distributing motorcycle and agricultural machinery spare parts and service/repair in Ayer Tawar, Perak. We are family owned and operated, proudly serving our valued customers for over 50 years. We offer complete sales, parts, accessories an unparalleled service/repair workshop. We are fully equipped to supply parts for, as well as repair and service all makes and models of motorcycle including Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Yamaha. We have always pursued a policy of high quality and excellent after-sales service and we have set up a good repurtation in motorcyle parts bussiness. We supply the best products to our customers with low price and high speed. The company will serve all the customers through innovative research and development. We are driven by our objective of constant and continuous improvemnet in customer satisfaction in our quest to get and keep loyal customers. Today the business of the Company has expanded to include motorcycle maintenance and repair, spare parts and accessories business. Company Background/History President of CHOP TIEN SENG Whe Mr. Teong Haw Kiang (the late grandfather), the founder and President of CHOP TIEN SENG first arrived at Ayer Tawar, Perak from mainland China, he has been a very poor man who was eager to become a successful businessman. He made his money over the years from CHOP TIEN SENG Enterprise and established Hok Chew Association to help and unite the Hok Chew community in Perak. Besides donating in the form of money, he also spent his precious time organizing and planning for the association. Due to the trust that he built, members voted him to become the Treasurer of the association. As members of the association increased, he contributed a 4-storey building for the Hok Chew Association. This building served as a place for gathering, organizing healthy activities such as taekwando, tai-chi, etc. At the first floor, there is also a badminton court ready for the youngsters who love to play badminton. Chronology : Key Dates: 1929 - Mr Teong Haw Kiang started CHOP TIEN SENG Enterprise, a medicine shop. Selling various types of traditional chinese medicine/herbs. 1938 - The business of traditional chinese medicine/herbs shifted to repairing of bicycles as bicycles became an important means of transportation in the area. 1945 - Demand for lorry and tractor (argricultural use) spare parts and components increased, we started to supply spare parts and components for this demand and became one of the pioneer that sell different models of lorry and tractor spare parts. 1955 - Demand for motorcycle parts increased tremendously, we became the pioneer in distributing motorcycle spare parts. 1965 - Having full range of HONDA motorcycle spare parts. 1975 - Having full range of leading motorcycle brand (e.g. HONDA, SUZUKI and YAMAHA) parts. 1985 - Due to the constraint of space, the Company built a 2 storey storage. 1995 - The Company bought a 1 ½ acre land for future development. 2009 - TS Motorcyle and Machinery Sdn Bhd was incorporated. 2010 - Started to construct a 4 ½ storey building 2011 - TS Motorcycle and Machinery Sdn Bhd is currently housed in this 4 ½ storey building. The business operation is fully computerized and can run by it own and having 9 employees to run a profitable business. Mission - To provide one stop hassle free customer centric service in all parts sales. - To maintain stringent quality checks and assurance for all parts sold/repaired in our workshop. - To continually develop highly skilled mechanics for repair/customizing needs. - Establish satisfaction and integrity, especially customer's satisfaction and loyalty within guaranty of sales & service quality and the best price of goods or services.
