The owner of this Proton Prevé contacted our office saying that the A/C compressor was jammed and requested an inspection.

After the vehicle was sent in and checked by our mechanic, we found that the compressor was actually working fine. The real issue was a blocked condenser, which caused poor cooling performance and high system pressure.

After explanation, the customer agreed to proceed with the repair.

🔧 Mercedes-Benz E-Class W211 – Compressor Replacement (DENSO) ❄️

The owner of this Mercedes-Benz W211 contacted us requesting an A/C inspection and hoping to have the repair completed on the same day.

After checking, we confirmed that the A/C compressor was not working. The customer agreed to proceed with a DENSO compressor replacement.

🔧 Suzuki Swift – Air Conditioning Not Cold ❄️

This Suzuki Swift was sent in for inspection due to air-conditioning not cooling properly. After checking, our mechanic found that airflow was restricted, likely caused by a dirty cooling coil blocking most of the air flow.

We recommended a full air-conditioning service, which required dashboard removal to clean the cooling coil.
However, after dismantling, we found that the cooling coil was in poor condition, which could affect cooling performance even after servicing.

We recorded a video and shared it with the customer for clarity. After explanation, the customer agreed to replace the cooling coil.

After explaining the condition to the customer, we discussed available options. Understanding his situation, we recommended a budget cooling coil, and the customer agreed to proceed.

Toyota Estima was sent in for inspection because air was not blowing out from the center air vent.
Airflow was only directed to the windshield and left & right side air vents.

During inspection, we also found that the vehicle was fitted with a non-genuine “Denso Cool Gear” cabin air filter, which can restrict airflow and reduce air-conditioning performance over time.

After diagnosis, we confirmed that the air flow servo motor was faulty and no longer controlling the air direction properly.
After explanation, the customer agreed to proceed with servo motor replacement to restore normal airflow from the canter unit.

🔧 Nissan X-Trail – Full Air Conditioning Service & Radiator Replacement ❄️

The customer sent in this Nissan X-Trail a few weeks ago for inspection. During checking, we found that the compressor was losing compression, and there was also a leak at the discharge hose. We informed the customer and provided our recommendations.

When the vehicle was sent in again to proceed with the full air-conditioning service, we also discovered a small leakage at the radiator during the repair process. After explanation, the customer requested us to replace the radiator as well.
