En Convatec creemos que el bienestar también se construye desde los pequeños momentos que conectan con lo más valioso: nuestra historia y quienes somos.
Con motivo del Día del Niño, durante esta semana en nuestros diferentes turnos llevamos a cabo una actividad muy especial, invitando a nuestros colaboradores a reconectar con su niño interior.
A través de mensajes llenos de reflexión y autenticidad, cada persona tuvo la oportunidad de escribirle a su “yo” del pasado: compartir un consejo, una palabra de aliento o incluso aquello que les hubiera gustado escuchar en su infancia. Un ejercicio que nos recordó que crecer también implica abrazar nuestra historia con empatía y orgullo.
Además, invitamos a nuestros colaboradores a sumarse a la celebración portando alguna prenda o accesorio de sus caricaturas o personajes favoritos de la infancia, llenando nuestros espacios de color, nostalgia y sonrisas que nos hicieron revivir esos momentos que marcaron nuestra niñez.
Como parte de esta celebración, también hicimos entrega de un detalle especial para los hijos de nuestros colaboradores, reconociendo que ellos son una parte fundamental de lo que nos impulsa día con día.
Hoy reafirmamos que, al cuidar de nuestra gente, también honramos a quienes fueron, a quienes son y a quienes están formando.
Porque nunca es tarde para decirle a tu niño interior: Vas bien, sigue soñando y no olvides lo que te hace feliz. ✨

At Convatec, we believe that well-being is also built through the small moments that connect us to what matters most: our story and who we are.
In celebration of Children’s Day, throughout this week across our different shifts, we carried out a very special initiative, inviting our employees to reconnect with their inner child.
Through meaningful and heartfelt messages, each person had the opportunity to write to their past self—sharing advice, words of encouragement, or even something they wish they had heard growing up. An exercise that reminded us that growing also means embracing our story with empathy and pride.
In addition, we invited our employees to join the celebration by wearing clothing or accessories inspired by their favorite childhood cartoons or characters, filling our spaces with color, nostalgia, and smiles that brought those special memories back to life.
As part of this celebration, we also delivered a special gift for the children of our employees, recognizing that they are a fundamental part of what inspires us every day.
Today, we reaffirm that by caring for our people, we also honor who they were, who they are, and who they are becoming.
Because it’s never too late to tell your inner child: You’re doing great, keep dreaming, and don’t forget what makes you happy. ✨
