MABIZE GENERAL TRADERS IS HIRING
POSITION: SALES & MARKETING AGENTS (MULTIPLE POSITIONS).
LOCATION: LILONGWE.
DEPARTMENT: SALES & MARKETING.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: COMMISSION BASED.
REPORTING TO: GENERAL MANAGER.
Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in the assigned territory. He/she must generate revenue by identifying new leads, fostering client relationships, and closing sales for paving products.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for concrete pavers and related products.
• Lead Generation & Relationship Management: Actively canvas territory, attend networking events, and manage relationships with contractors, developers, and residential clients.
• Estimating & Project Management: Perform project takeoffs, calculate material requirements, and generate detailed proposals or quotes.
Product Expertise: Provide product expertise to contractors, developers, and homeowners through technical advice on paver styles, durability, and installation techniques.
• Order Management: Process sales orders, track projects from lead stage to delivery, and handle client inquiries.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably within the construction, precast concrete, or landscaping materials industry.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of concrete products, site plans, and construction methods.
