Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative for MICI Hardware Ltd, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand and products to customers, contractors, and builders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and builders
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues

Requirements:

- 1+ years of sales experience in the hardware industry (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong product knowledge (training provided)
- Valid driver's license (for travel to customer sites)

Qualifications;
- A minimum of Diploma in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing)
