Saigon Malta has built a strong reputation across three outlets. Their Gżira restaurant is the flagship, open breakfast through to midnight. We were trusted to design and install the complete professional kitchen —

Bertos Macros 700 line, Combisteel refrigeration, Unox Cheftop MindMaps Plus, and a custom extraction system. That trust means a great deal to us.

Not only that, but the team also supplied all the seating contract furniture for this project

The schiacciata at All'Antico Vinaio Valletta is not the vessel for the filling. It is the whole point. Florentine flatbread baked fast at high heat, with a crust that holds and a crumb that gives.

Getting it right every service, at that volume, takes the right oven.

Joe's Street Pizza started with a van and a mouthwatering pizza 🍕

The new chapter is a permanent restaurant in Nadur, Gozo, and we were glad to supply and install the kitchen. From the Bertos cooking line to the Combisteel cold side and the Unox combi oven, everything is in place. Wishing them the very best for the opening. 💯💪🔥

Two or three floors of custom ductwork, a multi-stage filtration plant on the roof, and a planning process that involves both the Malta Planning Authority and the Superintendence of Cultural Heritage. That is before a single connection is made to the kitchen below. 🔧

What extraction work actually looks like in Malta's buildings is a different story to what most people imagine.

The kitchen at Cabana Club on the 8th floor of ME Malta did not arrive in one piece. A custom Valoriani wood-burning oven, a fully loaded Bertos S900 island, and a full set of refrigeration, all dismantled, lifted eight floors, and reassembled by the Spiteri Catering team.





Some projects are defined by what goes in. 
This one was defined by how.

Walk-in cold rooms don't come in one size. These two recent Boxcold installations are at different locations, built to different briefs, and fitted into spaces that weren't designed with refrigeration in mind. The result in both cases is the same: a cold room that fits properly, holds temperature, and works exactly as it should.
