Ongoing work in Lisbon

Three of our engineers are currently in a hotel in Lisbon, inspecting and testing the electrical low voltage installation and using thermal imaging to assess electrical panels and identify potential hot spots before they develop into issues.

They are also carrying out testing on the generator systems providing standby emergency power to the site, testing of the Lightning Protection System and carrying out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), as part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance across all required sites.

We are hiring a full time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist.

About Us:
Galea Curmi Engineering provides innovative engineering solutions across a wide range of projects. We are currently seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support our team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors and callers in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Assist engineers with scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits
• Handle correspondence, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and reception area management
• Carry out any other administrative duties that may be required to support the team

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional, positive, and proactive attitude
