A little tilted, but all in the same boat!

🇫🇷 Versa Connect is back. This time in Aubagne, France!

Our second Versa Connect brought colleagues together for good food, a few drinks and great conversations. Away from the sea and superyachts, it was a chance to connect on solid ground… even if the photo suggests otherwise! 😉

At Versatech International, being in the same boat means more than simply working on the same projects.

From repairing large yachts and supporting shipyard operations to delivering pipework and engineering solutions for our industrial partners, our success depends on people with different skills and backgrounds working towards a common goal.

Fitters, fabricators, welders, managers and colleagues from across the business — different roles, different cultures, but one shared commitment: getting the job done.

And that is what makes Versa Connect special.

A chance to step away from daily pressures, share experiences, exchange ideas and get to know the people behind the work.

Because behind every successful project, there's more than technical expertise. There are people who take pride in what they do, support one another and find solutions when challenges arise.

Whether we're working on superyachts, in shipyards or on industrial projects, it is our people who keep Versatech moving forward.

🌊 Different skills. Different cultures. One crew.

Meet Matheus, the man who actually enjoys spreadsheets.
😄

As Senior Accounts Executive at Versatech, Matheus spends his days working with numbers, connecting financial data and finding the right information when something doesn’t quite add
up.

And that’s exactly what he likes about it.

Since joining Versatech after moving to Malta, he has taken on new challenges, worked with international finance processes and helped develop new ways of working.

One project he is particularly proud of is helping establish a payroll process, a challenge that taught him a lot along the way.

But Matheus isn’t all spreadsheets.

Outside work, he loves
running, going to the gym and acrylic painting. 🎨

Numbers at work. Creativity after hours.

And Versatech in his three words?

Innovative. Transparent. Supportive.

Good food, great people and plenty of laughs! 😄🍕

That’s how we kicked off our very first Versa Connect! ✨

After a busy week of technical challenges, deadlines and teamwork on site, it’s nice to swap the tools for a dinner table and simply enjoy some time together.

Because behind every successful project, there are people who work hard, support each other and know how to have a good laugh!

And with a manager making sure everyone stays covered under the biggest umbrella in town… what more could you ask for? ☂️😉

One team, on site and off. ❤️

Our first Versa Connect, but definitely not our last. Stay tuned!

Meet Radovan, one of our tradesmen at Versatech. 👋

What does he enjoy most about his work?

Working with his hands, taking on different technical challenges and being part of a team that helps each other.

No two projects are the same. And when something doesn’t go as planned, Radovan enjoys finding a practical solution and getting the job done properly.

For him, the best part is looking back at the end of the day, seeing what the team has achieved and knowing the work has been done safely.

Good work. Good people. A team you can rely on.

Meet Laura, Project Engineer at Versatech International.

Moving from Colombia to Malta was a big step, and starting again in a new country comes with much more than simply beginning a new job.

Alongside that support comes the opportunity to learn, adapt and grow through different projects and new challenges.

From 23 to 26 September, the Monaco Yacht Show once again brought together the international superyacht community in Port Hercule.

For Versatech International, being part of the industry means more than simply attending. It means meeting the people behind the projects, exchanging technical knowledge, understanding new challenges and building the relationships that make complex work possible.

Our approach remains simple: technical excellence, practical solutions and genuine partnership.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for skilled people who share the same values. People who take pride in their work, understand the importance of teamwork and want to take ownership of what they deliver.

Skilled hands. Technical minds. The right mindset.
