We are looking for an Invoicing Clerk who will be responsible for preparing, issuing, and managing invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing. The role supports the company’s operations and logistics team.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Processing
Prepare and issue invoices to customers
Verify invoice details (prices, quantities, tax/VAT, dates)
Ensure invoices comply with company policies and legal requirements
Record incoming payments (bank transfers, cash, etc.)
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on late payments
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
File and organize invoices, receipts, and related documents
Update accounting systems with transaction data
Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices or payments
Coordinate with sales or operations teams to confirm billing details
Liaise with the accounting department for reporting and reconciliation
Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good numerical and organizational skills
Must be tech friendly and able to use Microsoft Office and email.
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in similar role is an asset but full training is available to the right candidate.
