🏗️ **Progress Update – Birkirkara Project** 🏗️

Work is moving forward steadily on our turnkey project in Bkara! Since our last update, we've made great progress on the structural stage:

✅ brick walls going up
✅ Reinforcement (rebar) cages prepared and placed for structural beams
✅ Materials on site and ready — blocks, ladders, and equipment staged for the next phase
✅ Following approved structural drawings every step of the way for quality and compliance

From foundations to finishes, we handle it all — no subcontracting the vision, just consistent quality from start to key handover. 🔑

🏗️ MQABBA PROJECT – MOVING INTO THE FINAL STAGES

Another important step forward at our Mqabba project! 💪

The concealed air-conditioning system has finally arrived, which means we can now push ahead with the remaining works.

❄️ Concealed AC installation is next, followed by:

• Gypsum works
• Bathroom tiling
• Final finishing works

From here, we'll start bringing everything together and wrapping up the project. 🔨🏠

It’s always satisfying when a project reaches this stage and you can finally see all the planning and hard work coming together.

🏡 MTARFA TERRACED HOUSE – PROJECT UPDATE 🏡

Great progress happening on our Mtarfa Terraced House project! 💪🔨

The electrical & plumbing works are moving ahead nicely and are scheduled to be completed by next week. ⚡🚿

Once these are wrapped up, we’ll move straight into the next phases:

➡️ Screed works
➡️ Internal plastering
➡️ Tiling works
➡️ Gypsum works & design

Step by step, this beautiful home is starting to take shape. 👌

We’re coordinating every trade and every stage carefully to keep the project moving smoothly and according to plan.

This is going to be a very special transformation, and there’s plenty more to come! 🔥

🏗️ NEW PROJECT | MTARFA 🏡✨

We’re excited to introduce our latest turnkey project — a beautiful terraced house in Mtarfa that is about to undergo a complete transformation.

This is an especially exciting project for us, as we’ll be working hand in hand with renowned Maltese designer Olivia Anne Calleja, combining her design vision with our team’s experience and workmanship to bring every detail to life.

⚡ Complete electrical works
💧 Plumbing works
🧱 Internal & external plastering
🎨 Painting & finishing
✨ Bespoke gypsum works incorporating the designer’s vision
🔲 Complete tiling works

From the raw shell you see today to the finished home, we’ll be sharing the progress and transformation along the way.

🏗️ MOSTA PROJECT – PROGRESS UPDATE 🏗️

Another important stage completed and the project is moving forward nicely. 👌

✅ Floor screed is now complete throughout
🔨 Internal plastering is in its final stages
🪟 Next up, we’re waiting for the new sills to be delivered and installed

Once the sills are in place, we’ll move straight onto the external plastering, while inside we’ll be getting ready for the next big transformation — tiling! 🔥

Step by step, this Mosta house of character is taking shape. There’s still plenty to come, and we’re making sure every stage is done properly before moving onto the next.

From shell to finished home — all works managed from A to Z. 🏠🔑
