📝 Job Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote laboratory equipment and medical diagnostic products. This role focuses on market research, brand promotion, product awareness, and lead generation to support the overall sales objectives of the Laboratory Sales Department.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
• 📊 Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for laboratory products and medical supplies
• 🔍 Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends
• 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (Pathologists, Laboratory Managers, Laboratory Technicians) in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic laboratories
• 🧠 Gather market intelligence and customer feedback on competitors’ products
• 🚀 Support product launches by preparing marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
• 🧾 Coordinate with suppliers and internal Sales/Product teams for promotions and events
• 📱 Manage social media presence, digital campaigns, and corporate branding activities
• 🎤 Organize product seminars, exhibitions, and workshops
• 📈 Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance reviews
• ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, branding guidelines, and healthcare marketing regulations

🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Science, or related field
• 🤝 Strong relationships with key laboratory customers (Pathologists, Lab Managers, Technicians)
• 🧪 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical or laboratory product marketing (preferred)
• 🔬 Knowledge of laboratory instruments and diagnostic equipment is an advantage
• 🗣 Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM, and social media platforms
• 👥 Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams
