Myanmar Koei International is seeking Assistant Engineers to join its Architecture, BIM/CIM and Digital Services Team. The ideal individual will be responsible for the development of design, 3D modeling, Rendering and BIM/CIM modeling.

Job Title: Assistant Architect/Engineer

Job Scope: Digital Creation for Architectural, Engineering, and Construction related work

General Responsibilities:
• Work under direction of the General Manager of Urban and Infrastructure department.
• Assist in the development of designs, 3D modeling, rendering, and BIM/CIM modeling.
• Assist with Architectural and Civil Engineering Consultation.
• Assist in the research of various digital technologies to apply to the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction.

Skills and knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of 3D Modelling, Architectural Visualization, BIM/CIM
• Understanding of 3D modeling and architectural visualization software.
• Proficiency in English, 4 skills (Strong communication skills in both written and verbal). Proficiency in Japanese language is preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent skills in time management
• The ability to beat deadlines and to also perform multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to work as a team player.

Other Requirements:
• Interest in BIM/CIM Work, AR/VR Development, Unity/Unreal Game Engine, Interested in learning about new technologies and challenges
• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in architectural, engineering, or construction related fields is required.
• Knowledge with Civil3D software is preferable.
