Position: Sale Engineer/Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Resourceful and efficient in sourcing products for the business including price negotiation and order fulfillment to maintain up-to-date vendor purchase rates.
• Manage suppliers’ relationships, conduct periodic business reviews and ensure suppliers deliver according to drawings and specification.
• Provide procurement support to operations in tender process and liaise with vendors for all Purchase Order matters.
• Planning and oversee new/existing marketing initiatives and responsible for the technical consultancy and selling of our integrated security solutions to the customer.
• Contact potential clients to understand and qualify their requirements & budgets via email or phone to develop new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Conduct business presentations, meetings with clients and remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
• Generate sales revenue and business development through market research networking and business requisitions, to manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Negotiate agreements, keep records of sales, data and execute business deals.
• Respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information and establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients.
• Follow-up with clients on their orders, account payments and able to response to RFIs/RFPs, proposal and quotation preparation.
• Perform project management activities & implementation to lead and participate in the installation of our solution within our customers to meet project expectations.
• Responsible to provide professional pre-sale & post-sales support to our customers and end-to-end contract ex*****on and timely renewal of contracts.
• Provide documentation of daily activity report to the management and perform other jobs as assigned by Superior.
Skills, Experiences & Qualifications:
Diploma/ Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or any other discipline with relevant experiences.
Possess high level of integrity and ethics when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
An understanding or familiar with both Physical Security (CCTV/ Card Access System etc.,) and IT networking products is a plus.
Proficient in MS office (e.g., Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc.,). Knowledge of AutoCAD and Networking (CCNA) is an advantage.
Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings, with strong design & implementation skills
Professionally research the market, to analyze complex management information, financial and sales reports to monitor achievement of objectives and budget
