Digital Marketing Executive🙋♀️
Responsibilities:
📌Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
📌Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content for digital platforms, including blogs, articles, social media posts, and website copy.
📌Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines. Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
📌Manage social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to ensure content is up to date, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging.
📌Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
📌Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve target ROI.
📌Design, build, and maintain our email marketing campaigns. Ensure email campaigns are executed efficiently and deliver relevant content to targeted audiences.
📌Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Stay updated with the latest industry developments and best practices.
📌Assist in the management of the company’s website, including updating content and ensuring user experience is optimized.
📌Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Qualifications:
📌Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in marketing, or a related field.
📌Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
📌Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp)
📌Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
📌Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
📌Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
📌High attention to detail, ensuring that all marketing materials are accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, and error-free.
📌Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
📌Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
