📌Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assist the Solution Consultant in designing M&E solutions, including power, cooling, UPS, and cabling.

- Coordinate with the Solution Consultant and Technical Director to draw the layout plan and schematic diagrams.

- Support the preparation of technical proposals.

- Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) and share it with the sales team for quotation.

- Work with the Solution Consultant and Technical Director to present solutions to customers and address technical or operational questions.

- Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends.

- Work with vendors to assess products and integrate best-in-class solutions into designs.

📌Requirement:

- Knowledge of M&E systems, including: Cooling systems (HVAC, Air Conditioning, CRAC, PAC, etc.), Power infrastructure (UPS, generators, power distribution systems), Fire alarm systems, cabling, and building layouts.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, or similar design tools.

- 3D drawing skills are preferred.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

💼Position Title: ERP Developer (Odoo)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Developer with hands-on experience in both Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Community editions. The developer will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and customers to deliver reliable Odoo ERP solutions across different business modules

📌Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.

• Work on both Odoo Enterprise and Community editions.

• Customize Odoo workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, menus, access rights, and business logic.

• Develop new Odoo modules and enhance existing modules using Python and XML.

• Work closely with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Perform Odoo backend development, including models, views, security rules, server actions, automated actions, and scheduled jobs.

📌Accountability

Network Operations Center (NOC) technicians oversee complex network components and are responsible for network management. They perform troubleshooting daily. The work of a NOC technician entails maintaining network, servers, and telecom equipment in an organization.


🔷Specific Responsibilities

1. Monitor network/system devices, software health.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve the level-1 incident and escalated to related team if necessary.

3. Works closely with customer or with the vendor via email and phone call until resolution.
