Logistics Trucking Sales Manager (1 Post)

Key Responsibilities
- Find new customers for trailer rental
- Build strong business relationships with clients and logistics partners
- Handle all rental orders – from booking to trailer delivery and return
- Schedule and assign drivers and trailers based on customer needs
- Monitor daily operations of rented trailers (location, load, return time)
- Maintain rental records, contracts, and billing with accuracy
- Manage maintenance schedules for trailers (tires, brakes, general condition)
- Report trailer usage, performance, and customer feedback to management
- Promote company services via phone, online, or customer visits
- Arrange the return cargos and negotiate the price.
- Confirm the labors charges, agent fees and other expenses with agents.
- Prepare the weekly & monthly report, quotation and invoice.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in trucking, freight, or logistics.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales goals.
- Solid understanding of transportation industry practices and regulations.

Sales Support & Customer Relationship Supervisor (Trucking) Male -1 Person

Responsibilities:
-Support the sales team in preparing quotation, proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients
-Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue growth for the trucking division.
-Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints efficiently and professionally, demonstrating a deep understanding of local business customs.
-Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay this to relevant departments.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer service performance, and market trends.
-Assist in training and mentoring customer service representatives on product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques relevant to Myanmar's trucking industry.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field. (over 28 years old)
Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations within the logistics, transportation, or trucking industry.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Burmese.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of Myanmar's geography, road networks, and common logistical challenges is highly desirable.
Ability to travel locally within Myanmar as required.
